Cancellation and Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was made, only if the shipping process has not been initiated. In such an event, the customer will receive a refund minus any fees incurred (e.g. PayPal or credit card fees) for the transfer of funds to and from us.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects in the product.
If defects are found upon opening, please send an email to email@example.com with clear and unambiguous photographic evidence, and we will process a return and exchange for a new piece, with shipping at our expense. Only products with tags still attached and which have not been swum in will be eligible for exchange.
Defective product claims must be made within three (3) working days of receiving the product. Damage from use (including trying on), and damage from shipping not caused by negligence on our part, do NOT qualify as manufacturing defects, and will thus not be eligible for exchange.
